General Manager
General Manager for our POPEYES restaurant in Philadelphia, MS. This is a high-volume restaurant and will require an experienced manager to be successful. This restaurant was opened in 1997 and has a loyal following. The existing management team is a mix of new and experienced hourly managers, with one competent Assistant Manager in place. They are in need of oversight and development.
General Manager in this restaurant will be required to be very hands-on and willing to take responsibility for entire management team and crew. Compensation is very competitive and fair. Bonus program routinely pays on a quarterly basis, and is not subject to games.
Vaughn Brothers Inc is a small franchise corporation and consists of 2 stores, the other being located in Forest, MS. Preference is to develop and promote from within, but there are currently no competent candidates employed. The successful General Manager will have opportunity to move up into Operations Supervisor position within 2-5 years, if they prove worthy.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
