Job Accountabilities:

  1. Receives assignment to a designated workplace.
  2. Obtains necessary equipment and supplies and proceeds to the designated workplace.
  1. May perform one or several of the following tasks:
    1. Sweeps and generally keeps assigned shop floors clean; disposes of sweepings to trash barrels; obtains and spreads oil absorbent compound on floors as required.
    2. Using shovel, scoop and/or hook, cleans metal shavings and chips from various machines, depositing into wheelbarrow; wheels and dumps into garbage trailer.
    3. Obtains and operates gasoline powered portable vacuum cleaner to clean aisles, driveways and other accessible areas of dust, dirt, oil absorbent, etc. Empties vacuum bag into trash barrels and replaces; return machine to designated area.
    4. Cleans rest rooms complete, including fixtures and floors; restocks towel and tissue dispensers as required.
    5. Lifts and empties heavy refuse containers into dumpsters, as required.
  2. Maintains a clean and orderly work area, exercising care in the use of the facilities.
  3. Performs various other related duties as assigned.
  4. Performs all duties and areas of responsibility accordance to established operational procedures to ensure efficiency, quality and conformance to applicable OSHA and EPA regulations

Job
Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret instructions.
  • Must pass test to operate forklift.
  • Physical ability sufficient to perform routine tasks.
  • Job requires stooping, bending, climbing, and capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
